📌1. Introduction & Definitions

Welcome to the Mama Bajji platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between Mama Bajji ("Platform", "we", "us") and you ("Member", "User"). By accessing or using Mama Bajji's website, mobile app, or any of its services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

• "Member" refers to any individual registered on the platform.

• "Bonus Funds" refers to funds received through promotions that cannot be withdrawn until specific conditions are met.

👤2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To register and use services on Mama Bajji, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately.
• The name, mobile number, and other details provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Each person may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same name, mobile number, or device is not allowed.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

Mama Bajji reserves the right to reject any registration application at any time, without providing a reason.

💳3. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Deposits and withdrawals on Mama Bajji can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Please keep the following payment rules in mind:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• There are no processing fees on deposits. Withdrawals are also generally fee-free.
• Withdrawals will always be sent to the mobile number used for the deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.

Mama Bajji offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers, each with its own terms. General bonus conditions are outlined below:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Wagering requirement: 10x (bonus + deposit).
• Free Bet: Usable on specific events, valid for a maximum of 7 days. Winnings from free bets carry a wagering requirement of 3x.
• Reload Bonus: Applicable once per week. Wagering requirement: 5x.
• Bets placed with bonus funds at odds below 1.5 will not count toward wagering calculations.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.

Before placing a bet on Mama Bajji, please make sure you understand the rules below. They are designed to keep your betting experience fair and transparent.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If official information changes before a match kicks off (such as team lineups), Mama Bajji reserves the right to void the bet.
• Bets placed during live betting that are affected by a disconnection will still be considered valid.
• If a match is abandoned or suspended, bets are generally voided and stakes returned.
• If incorrect odds are displayed, Mama Bajji reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Maximum bet amounts are determined by event and category and are subject to change at any time.

For result determination, we consider the official cricket or football board's decision to be final.

🚫6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Mama Bajji platform and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Misuse of the bonus system (bonus stacking, arbitrage betting, etc.).
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software.
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward platform staff.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.

🔐7. Account Closure & Suspension

Mama Bajji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• For violating the terms and conditions.
• For failure to verify your identity.
• Suspicious transactions or betting patterns are detected.
• If the account holder is identified as a minor.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw all available balance before closing your account.
