Yes, though not directly through the app. Changing your mobile number requires identity verification. Send a request to support@mamabajji.biz with a photo of your national ID. Updates are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

To deactivate or delete your account, write to support. First make sure your balance is zero and there are no active bets. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Responsible Gambling A temporary break option is also available on the page.

Your name and date of birth cannot be changed directly after registration, as they are tied to identity verification. If you need to update this information, please contact support with valid ID proof.

💳 Payments & Transactions 6 Questions

Mama Bajji supports deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. After logging in, go to the "Deposit" section, select your preferred method, and follow the instructions. Your balance is usually updated within 5 minutes.

The minimum deposit is BDT 200 and the maximum per transaction is BDT 50,000. The daily deposit limit is BDT 1,00,000. Higher limits apply for VIP members.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of your request. During peak hours or for larger amounts, it may take up to 2–4 hours. Withdrawals made between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM may take a little longer.
